Workout done-Träning avklarad

Quad training done, and at the end of my quad workout, I did some glute training as well

The last exercise was high rep glute bridge, really concentrate on my glutes and did 2 sets of 50 reps/set


Quad träning avklarat, och i slutet av paset så körde jag lite glute träning med

Sista övningen var glutebridge i högreps , där jag verkligen koncentrerade mig på rumpan och gjorde 2 set i 50 reps/set
