Today is my day off from weight training.
But I always do some kind of cardio to keep my shape better in the bulk up session.
When I say cardio, I don’t mean the intense one, it is more ike walks or riding my bike, that’s all
If you do light cardio even on your bulk up phases, then you won’t gain too much extra fat on your belly as if you did not do any cardio at all.I mean you will still gain belly fat if you eat more calories, but like I wrote, you would have gained more belly fat if you just did nothing.
So, first I walked for about 20 min and then in the evening I was riding my bike for 40 min.
