Breakfast

Fruit salad, My kids loves it too.

Fruits:

* Clementine

* Banana

* Apple

* Kiwi

* Sharon

* Grapes

With Yogurt (vanilla) Honey and cinnamon.

I also took a protein shake (water and whey protein powder ) to make sure I get the proteins I need.
