Do I drink alcohol ?

A common question I get  from females is if I drink alcohol sometimes when I go out and how it affects my workouts.

The answer is no, I mean I could have a glass of wine with the right people,but not to get drunk.

I “drink” perhaps once per year or every other year like 1 or 2 glass of wine,not more than that.

The reason for that is that I don’t want to be drunk, I want full control,I get too much anxiety the day after,also my body seems to recover very slowly and I feel weak,also it takes about 1-2 weeks before I feel normal and can train like I use to again

It is NOT worth it

I want to be healthy and give my body support with nutrition’s that will strength my body rather than breaking it down

Alcohol free champagne was what I drank on New years eve 🙂
