Tonights lower body workout

I am pleased with my workout tonight!

I tried to make an easy weight as heavy and hard as possible…,muscle contraction,muscle contraction

I am so excited to gain some muscles back and also lose weight 🙂

Here are my exercises I did tonight

And also :Smith machine squat normal stance and sumo stance

      It works pretty much glutes,quads,hamstrings,back/core, In fact almost the whole body.

      Sumo VS normal stance , sumo will stress more on your glutes and adductor muscles (inner thighs) ,and normal more on quads(front thighs) and glutes
