Shoulders and calves done

Today I ate for 1900 cals in total, it was 300 more calories than I would eat, But I think I will increase my calories a little bit for a few day’s and do cardio to see if I can lose fat a little bit faster.

I have notice that I lose eight faster if I eat a bit more (still less than I burn) along with cardio.

I have done cardio about 40 min today,trained my shoulders and calves,and now I am off to train my abs and then bedtime! 🙂
