This nights leg workout was more to learn a better techniqe on how to do front squats and also keep “core tight” during squats
Light weights was used and a rep range that allowed me to still keep my core tight and engage and push with my legs and not use my back that much.
I hope one day I can squat with free weight the traditional way like I did before I had kids.
My back got bad after I had kids,but it is mostly because of weak core and used my back too much.
So…one day I hope !
