Morning smoothie

This smoothie is not that sweet (if you are use to sweet taste) but still have the sweet touch.

Perfect as breakfast,snack,before bedtime if you want something fast and easy,on or off a diet.

You need:

* A blender

* 5 fresh strawberries and 5 frozen strawberries

* 2 tablespoon quark/or Greek yogurt

* 0.2 cups whey protein powder (chocolate)

* 8,4 oz milk

How to do it:

Mix all ingredients in a can until it is smooth.

Ready to drink, fast,simple,and taste good
