Laundry day

God morgon!

Ledig dag och jag tvättar kläder, jag ser det som lite “spontan fett förbränning” haha

Idag blir det heller igen styrketräning eftersom jag har kört mina 6 dagar och tar då ut den sista dagen för ledighet så kroppen får sin återhämtning.

Det funkar kanon för mig, och jag älskar att köra 6 dagar styrka i veckan och sedan ta en dag ledig.

Oftast så kanske jag promenerar eller cyklar den dagen som aktiv vila.i lugnare takt förstås.

It is a day off and I am doing some laundry,I see it as “spontaneity fat burning” haha

I will not do weight training either because I have been weight training 6 day’s in a row and need the last day for rest

so that my body can recover.

It works great for me,and I love to weight train 6 day’s in a row and then one day off.

I often take a walk or ride my bike in a slower tempo for “active rest”

    wanted ask u-is there some really efective exersizes, that help to loose belly fat? or there is only one way-to loose whole body fat? actually, im not fat, but i have that damn lower belly. what can be your advices?..

      No, the sad truth…you have to lose fat (more cardio and eat less) to lose belly

      One thing you could try too is weighted hula hoop
