Yeah, it is not much weight, but who cares! haha not me!
I try to find the right technique,and what depth that works for me..
I have long thighs and short lower legs,and therefore I can not have an upright torso,which will cause more stress on my back.
Plus, I have this butt wink if I go too low (try to stretch hams,glutes,quads etc)
But we are all different and we must all find what works for us, some people can’t go too deep because they will have a bad angle.
Anyways, I tried free weight high bar squat this weekend,and with a belt,it felt good!
So… slowly but steady, I hope I can continue and gradually increase weights.
