I will make healthier choices when it comes to food.
So, I want to share what I have in mind..
The first step it so avoid sugar,pasta,bread and cow milk.
Instead I want to add beans,rice,chickpeas,lentils and potatoes, crisp bread instead of soft bread,oat milk,almond milk and soy milk, for sweet I will use honey
Also, I will add more vegetables and fruit, use spirulina,hemp protein,gojiberries,wheat grass etc
Proteins,fish, chicken, eggs etc, mostly white meat
Fats, nuts,canola oil, olive oil,flaxseed etc
Drink more green tea instead of coffee (reeeeally hard to stop drinking coffee:-( ..)
