Glute workout and barbecue

Today I had my glute workout which was really nice! 🙂

Later on I had a nice dinner, barbecue,just because it is Friday 😛

Well, I still can eat what I want some day’s and that is fine.

Anyway’s darlings…I want to share my glute workout with you.

Warm up 5 min


* Reverse lunges 3 sets

* Deep one leg squat on a step up board (with a supported leg) 3 sets

* Seated hip band abduction 3 sets

* Hip thrust 3 sets

* Reverse leg/glute lift 3 sets
