Side lunge for a nice “shelf butt”

Side lunges ( all variations of them) are great to develop a nice shelf butt and will give your butt that C fullness from the  side view.

I would not recommend the traditional side lunge for people who have knee problems(when you take a big step to the side with the working  leg)

Instead, you will stand wide like the woman in the picture below,and then just bend your knee/leg to the side without taking a step.

Combine side lunge with your other leg/glute exercises,and let say do 2-3 sets of side lunge(each side)
