Okay, I weight 61 kg,and my goal is to be at 63-64 kg.
Normally I weight 63-64 kg.
Right now I think it is really hard to gain weight,and of course, I know it has to do with bad planning and not counting my calories.
So from now on I will count my calories as good as I can and aim to eat 2200-2300 cals per day.
Weight training 5-6 times per week.
Cardio a minimum of 30 min and max 60-90 min at top some day’s.
Hula hoop-10 min per day 7 times per week
Core 3-7 times per week ( like planks and other static ab exercises )
