Tonights Glute-active workout

Tried some light glute workout today just to activate them 😀

Exercises like:

* Bench step ups -2 sets
* Side lunges -2 sets
* Cable glute kicks -2 sets
* Single leg hip thrust -1 set

  1. awesome. I did some very light glute work after my workout (walking and belly dancing) today. it felt pretty good. I’ve also been doing back leg lifts while going up the stairs. WOW. it burns hehe. So I don’t lose my butt as I lose weight, God willing 😉 😀
