Yesterday I trained back and hamstrings.
It was nice even if I was cough a lot, I had to take a it slow because of that.
But next week I am ready to train hard again!
Also, I will set up a intense glute workout for myself to try out,and hopefully my butt will grow faster from it.
It is work, I will let you guys know:-)
Now, I will work on a client customized workout plan and take care of my oldest because now he is sick.
