Yesterday I trained my hamstrings, I did a superset of lying legcurl and RDL.
Lying legcurl 3 plates in 15 reps, right away to RDL 40 kg (88 lbs) in 10 reps
I don’t train my hamstrings that much, I often do like 5-6 sets for hamstrings on my hammy day.
