    I learned a new trick while doing a stiff deadlift. I Place 10-pound plates under my toes. I heard A rounded back is due to you putting too much weight on your toes. The plates will prevent this.

      I would rather work on my technique if I had that problem, but if you prefer to use weight plates under your toes, then it is for you;-)
