Sleep better with lavender

Do you have trouble to sleep sometimes?

Then I will recommend that you try to sleep with the smell of lavender.
I like the essential oil of lavender.

Before you go to sleep,take a drop of lavender oil on your index finger and rub it above your upper lip (right under your nose).

Lavender will help calm you down and relax your nerves, a great way to use before sleep to help with that problem.

  1. I have a hard time sleeping at night as well, I will have to try it out and let you guys know! I know they say sleeping is an important part of tranining!
