2 Hip thrust techniques to challenge your glutes!

Here are 2 hip thrusts techniques that you can try if you want to challenge your glutes even more!

First one,
Explosive up 1 sec,lower yourself down slowly and count to 8-10 sec,repeat!

Second one,
Explosive up 1 sec, static hold for 5 sec in the upper position,lower yourself to the half,and stop,hold static for 5 sec and then up again explosive and so on.
