Better

Hey!

I am back on my feet now after having the flue!

Fever,sore throat and muscle pain are gone, I only have some  coughing left.
I will start weight training tomorrow ,but this week will be light.

I feel so sloppy and bloated from not been able to weight train or cardio, so I am more than happy to get started !
