General :Trying to catch up

Hamstrings and belly yesterday at the gym.
60 min walk and 1900 calories intake.

I should have ate for 1800 cals, but I allowed myself 100 extra 😉

Since me and my family had the flue about 2 weeks ago, I am pretty late with a lot of things (and some blog posts), So I will try to catch up.

  1. Is this true…Don’t Perform Side Bends Or Weighted Ab Work?
    I was surfing the net & also it reads..The only thing weighted side bends or ab work may do is cause an increase in the thickness of the waist, making you look boxy, not curvy.
