Yesterday I did some food prep for a couple of day’s,and I also weighted the food and calculate each meal so I know how many calories and proteins I will get from it.
I still need to do a longer food prep for let say a whole week, but I have not taking the time for it.
My lunch today:
Potatoes,Salmon,fish sauce and lots of vegetables!
It is my day off now so I will do my cardio pretty soon and go for 1 h,( 30 min already this morning) and maybe 30 min tonight as well ( I will see if I can make that!)
