Breakfast and Cardio

Good morning,

I am now ready to take my first cardio session for this day.
I will walk 30-40 min now in the morning after I had a breakfast.

My breakfast:

100  gram frozen blueberries
50 gram frozen raspberries
(I put them in the microwave for 2 min)
250 gram cottage cheese
20 gram honey


Can’t wait to do my cardio NOW 🙂

Later on I will do my second cardio ride bicycle for 40 min in total.
