70 min morning walk, afternoon 40 min bicycle and evening 1 h and 40 min booty and leg workout done for today.
I must admit that it was tougher to train glutes/legs after doing so much cardio morning and afternoon,so next time, I won’t do that much cardio the same day as my legs/glutes.
Also, I was going to do 30-40 min morning walk yesterday,but I did 70 min and 40 min bicycle yesterday too, so It was tough.
Anyways, I ate 2000 cals today instead of 1800 ,just because I did so much cardio and weight training.
I am dead now, so time to sleep.
