I am new to this type of exercise for my hamstrings especially even if it can work your glutes as well.
But I did this in 2 sets on my hamstrings day with focus on hamstrings rather than glutes.
Do it on lying leg curl machine.
I did 2 sets in 20 reps each leg,light weight with focus on muscle contraction and mind-muscle connection.
Even my arms and shoulders worked hard to stabilize my upper body lol
