Leglift with hip raise  3 sets, as many reps as you can, rest 20 sec

Mountain climber 2-3 sets,as many reps as you can, rest 20 sec

Bicycle crunches  3 sets,as many reps as you can, rest 20 sec

V-ups  2-3 sets, as many reps as you can do, rest 20 sec

2-3 times per week.
