Oh dear, I am sick so I have not train this week at all,except for a few easy stomach exercises to tighten my inner abs (I had a slight split upper abs,that I want to deal with)
It is very effective! if done correctly of course and you need to find the right muscles and not use the outer abs.
Anyway,a week off can be good if you are well, if you are sick.you will not have the same effect(muscle building) because your body do not prioritize muscle growth when it take care of your body to heal it.
I hope I can start working out again Monday next week,and OMG I can’t waaaaaait lol.
