At last I could train quads at the gym:-)
It was my leg day where I only focus on my quads and nothing else.
Right now I really LOVE squats, maybe because squats was not something I had in my leg/butt routine in the past 10 years due to my back problem after having my first child.
I only train light when I do squats now and this has worked very well for me, I don’t care about the weights,I only care about my form and how well I use my quads.
It is AWESOME:-)
