Sänk vikten på din rumpövning lite och kör sakta och koncentrerat.Det är lättare att få kontakt i rumpan då👍

My butt advice today is:
Decrease your weight a little bit on your glute exercise and do your reps slowly and concentrate.It is easier to get better glute contact if you do so👍

  1. I followed your advice.. i did Hip Thrust @135lbs instead of 275lbs (my norm) at a low weight & i did it slowly. I definitely felt it.
