How are you!? I hope you are fine:-)
Today I had cardio with my children, we did interval sprinting and we had so much fun!
This time we had interval on a flat surface,next time this week we will be using hills for intervals.
When I do intervals I do them short, when I am not use to them, I take it slow at the beginning and warm up good as well.
You can start off with 5 min intervals at first,and then increase the time each week.
20 min would be max for me,and 2-3 times per week.
