Lat pull down

For my back right now,exercises I use are:

* Deadlift
* Lat pull down
* Rows
* Back extension

Goal for now is to get a stronger and more balanced body.

All these back problems I have had for years have hindering me from progress.
So I want to heal and get a stronger foundation and be more balanced all over.

A bigger butt and all that will still be a goal,but not for now.

When I am completely healed and have a stronger body and treatment with my physical therapist, I am ready to go 🙂
